At Citi Pharmaceuticals Corp., we ship based on availability and destination. Below, we share some general information about the process:

Shipping Zones
We currently ship to: The contiguous United States.
For countries outside the contiguous United States, shipping depends on the country. Not all countries allow the import of certain products, such as dietary supplements. You should check with your local customs authorities to verify import regulations and any associated charges.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. They are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and USPS carrier.
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within the contiguous United States has a flat rate of $5.95 USD. Shipping outside the U.S. is subject to the destination and any other applicable fees. Note: Due to these potential fees, the shipping cost may be higher than the cost of the product.

Shipment Tracking
If the shipment includes a tracking number, we will share it via email once it has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for entering their address correctly.  We always try to verify the shipping address beforehand, but if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment will be subject to a new cost that will include an additional charge of 15% of the total cost of the product(s) plus the shipping cost.

Delays or Incidents
Delays beyond our control may occur (for example, carrier logistics or weather conditions). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
